Kyrgyzstan's white honey is recognized as one of the finest honeys in the world, harvested from the rich alpine meadows of the Tian Shan mountain range and other highland regions.
Holy Clover is a sacred white flower that grows wild across Kyrgyzstan's alpine meadows. Long cherished as a symbol of luck and purification, its nectar is exceptionally light and delicate. When crystallized, it turns pure white like fresh snow — earning it the local nickname "mountain snow honey." Holy Clover honey is known for its particularly strong antibacterial properties and has been treasured in traditional medicine for centuries.
About 90% of Kyrgyzstan is mountainous terrain, with minimal pesticide use and industrial pollution — making it an ideal environment for honey production. The Kemin, Naryn region and the area around Issyk-Kul Lake are especially renowned producing areas.
